As a first time customer it was an excellent experience for a men's cut. Beth did an amazing job taking her time to understand and checking in regularly throughout the cut to make she got it right. Very skilled and knowledgeable. Comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Well worth it!

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Evelyn & Jamee. They were both extravagant and made one of my worst days my best day ever. The ambience from the time I walked in was so relaxing & peaceful. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend

I booked haircut and style with Lola. She was very nice and professional , her hands were light as feather. She did my hairstyle just as I asked , at the end she asked me a question to make sure I was totally happy with haircut. I love hair products that she used , hair products smell so good. I also like trendy ambience and music at the salon. Receptionists were very lovely too, assisted with parking and receptionist girl answered some questions about additional services. I will definitely go back there again for hair color with Lola and additional Spa services.

Square One provides more than just salon services. It is a whole vibe. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re warmly greeted and immediately feel at ease. Every provider is calm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Yesterday, Canaan cut and styled my hair, and she is an absolute gem. I loved the result and received so many compliments at an event that evening.

Anna has truly made my hair beautiful and healthy, and I will forever come back to her. She takes the time to really get to know your hair and its specific needs, and she always explains how to care for it between visits. I consistently leave her chair feeling confident, beautiful, and beyond pleased with how my hair looks. Beyond her talent, Anna has the biggest heart. She is kind, attentive, and genuinely listens. Over time, she’s grown to be not only my favorite hair girlie, but also a wonderful friend. Even the way Anna speaks to her coworkers shows how much she cares about the people around her. I really enjoy getting my haircut here! The ambiance of the place is relaxing, and the employees all seem happy to be there. This was my second time going here and as it was the day before I was going in to get my haircut, my daughter asked to get hers cut, too. I called in and they were able to set her up with a consultation and haircut at the same time as me. Her stylist listened to her and gave her the cut that she was looking for, and my stylist was just as amazing for me! We left feeling relaxed and beautiful!

I had an amazing experience at Square One. Everyone was so nice and I felt so relaxed for my entire appointment. Mary Kate was my stylist and she did an incredible job. She asked a lot of questions to make sure we were on the same page as to what I wanted and I so appreciated that. I knew I was in good hands. She toned, cut and styled my hair. It’s honestly the best cut and tone I have ever had. The color is everything I wanted and the cut was perfect. I can not wait to go back!

China at the 3rd St location is a doll! I trust her professional opinions explicitly!! I walk in looking like a rag doll and walk out looking years younger! Her coloring expertise is unmatched and she is completely honest with you!! I am 57 years old and got carded one time after leaving the salon when I stopped at the casino on my way home!!! If you are looking for a great colorist/stylist, ask for China!

Highly recommend. Even when a stylist I first booked was unavailable they accommodated me accordingly and honored the initial appointment time and pricing conditions. A very welcoming and clean atmosphere, with an extremely friendly staff as well. I've never had the services they offered and it was fantastic. They cleaned me up beautifully and they made me feel like I was cared for the entire time I was there. I'm definitely going back and wouldn't mind at all paying a higher rate for a similar experience.
